Refund & Cancellation Policy

At High Vision International School, all online fee payments are considered final.

  • No cancellation requests will be entertained once the payment is successfully processed.
  • In case of duplicate or excess payment, the payer must contact the School Accounts Department.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after verification of the transaction details, such as payment reference number or bank statement.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame as per the school’s financial procedures.

Terms & Conditions

By making a payment through the online portal of High Vision International School, you agree to the following terms:

  • All payments must be made through the authorized online payment gateway.
  • In case of a failed transaction, users are advised to wait for up to 72 hours before attempting another payment, as the amount may be temporarily held by the bank.
  • The school will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect details entered by the user.
  • Users are advised to save or note the transaction/reference details for future communication and verification.
  • For any discrepancies or issues related to payments, please contact the School Accounts Department with complete transaction details.
