Admission Policy (Somatane Phata)
- Admission shall be granted in an age appropriate way to the class purely based on availability of seats. The School reserves the right to grant admission to the deserving students.
- Age criteria for admission to various classes is as stated –
- Nursery: 3 years on 31st March of the year, the admission is sought
- Junior KG: 4 years on 31st March of the year, the admission is sought
- Senior KG: 5 years on 31st March of the year, the admission is sought
- Class 1 : 6 years on 31st March of the year, the admission is sought
- There shall be a total transparency in the admission process and the management does not believe in any kind of privileged quota.
- The admission to Pre Primary and Class 1 gets confirmed on submission of the original/attested photo copy of the Birth Certificate and admission to class 2 onwards shall be treated provisional till the receipt of the Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate from the previous school. In case the required documents are not submitted within a fortnight of admission, the school reserves the right to revoke the admission.
- Admission fees once paid shall not be refunded.
Fee Payment Schedule –
- The fees for 2026-2027 shall be paid through Cheque / NEFT /Cash / LMS
- Tuition fees payment & Bus fees schedule for the year 2026-2027 is as follows:
1st Installment – On or before 15th April 2026
2nd Installment – On or before 15th July 2026
3rd Installment – On or before 15th October 2026
4th Installment – On or before 15th January 2027
Note: Late fees charges will be applicable after the due date (Cheque bounce charges applicable)

Original Report Card.
Original Leaving Certificate With UDISE & SARAL ID (From Class 2 To Class 9).
Child’s & Parent’s Aadhaar Card Xerox Copy.
Present Address Proof (Light Bill, If Rented House (Rent Agreement Copy)).
2 Latest Passport Size Photos Of Student And Parent’s Passport Size Photo 1 Each.
Child’s Blood Group Report.
Caste Certificate (If Applicable).
